Siyahamba Sonke Construction, established in 2008, with collective experience resulting of being more than 20 years active in the construction sector.
Having worked together on numerous projects, Amien Dawood (property developer) pooled resources to establish Siyahamba Sonke Construction to provide pre-construction management, general construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, valuations and project management services.
The extensive experience of the Shareholders/ Executive Directors enables Siyahamba Sonke to deliver efficiently, cost effectively, and to the required quality parameters, from low-cost affordable housing to high-end prestige residential and commercial property developments.

This way we can effectively implement and manage employee growth and development strategies. We maintain an ongoing internship programme that covers all aspects of the building industry. Our collaboration with West Coast College has enabled interns from Beaufort West, Colesberg, Caledon, Vredenburg, Saldanha and Springbok to get the necessary hands-on experience. We continue to support projects in and around Cape Town which delivers nutrition (soup kitchens), anti-drug and addiction rehabilitation programmes, and anti-prostitution and child abuse programmes.

All plant is regularly inspected and certified ensuring compliance with all safety and operating standards. The plant, equipment and fleet is utilised optimally and dedicated teams maintain all aspects of logistics operations to assure ongoing support.
